Mary Bond Photo Collection: The Pines

Peter Roberts, a classmate from highschool in Lethbridge and a Rhodes scholar, worked as a Foreign Service Officer, as the Press Secretary to Trudeau, and as the Director of the Canada Council from 1985-1989. Wanda Turner came to Edmonton from Orion. Gwen (McGregor) Molnar worked with the Alberta Teacher Association's magazine and library, and as a film librarian for the National Film Board. An artist and poet, she lives in Rochestor, Minnesota with her husband. Dick Cannif came to the University of Alberta from Provost. George Zytaruk taught high school and university, and is the author of several critically acclaimed literary works. Gloria Kupchenko became a successful model. She is the author of 'The Chicken Man', a reflection of her Ukrainian heritage which is available at the Edmonton Public Library
